In starting a personal chef
business, it is crucial to know which niche you really want to do
given the varieties in the market. There are meal preparation and
private events for example, which are 2 totally different
things.
In
this episode, I will be discussing the differences of the two and
its pros and cons. I am removing myself as a private chef, but as
someone who has tried both and experienced it.
Many
of you might be asking yourself - I really want to be a personal
chef, but I don't know... Am I doing some catering? What if someone
wants meal prep? What about meal delivery?
I
want to answer those questions for you guys today and really give
you what I believe are the pros and cons of each. Why I want to
give you this is because I really want you to feel like you're
confident in your services, to make sure that you're starting off
on the right foot, and realizing what it is that you want to
do.
If you are doing things that you
don't want to do, I always say this:
“What's worse than having a J.O.B - "Just Over
Broke" is owning a J.O.B - So we don't want you to feel like that
in your own business.
